Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work - now (free) and when paid plans launch.

1. Current status
- Chatonics is free during the launch phase; no payments are taken, so no refunds apply today.
- You can stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting us.
- On cancellation, your access ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy and DPA.
- You can request an export of your data before closing your account.
3. Refunds (when paid plans launch)
- Proposed approach (to confirm): subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew.
