The agreement governing use of the Chatonics platform.
1. Introduction

2. The service

3. Accounts and responsibilities

- When using messaging channels, you must also comply with each channel provider's terms and applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
5. Fees

6. Customer data and privacy
- You retain ownership of your data and your customers' data processed through the Service.

9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatonics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
